In this lovely ballad taken from a hit Japanese radio drama, Morino Reiko remembers Japan in ¾ time. "I Remember Japan" must have been a bittersweet phrase in the years after the USA obliterated Hiroshima and Nagasaki with atom bombs at the end of WWII. Sadly, the phrase can be recycled to use again this year after Mother Nature obliterated several more Japanese cities with her earthquakes and tsunamis on March 11th.
