The other day I was on a date-type thing with a sexy guy in his mid-20s. When I asked if he'd heard of Talking Heads, he looked at me as if I'd asked him to identify his favorite Theda Bara performance. It's unbelievable that today's urban young people have never heard of Talking Heads! It's no wonder they've all been joining ISIS.

I didn't get into Talking Heads till the mid 80s but once I did I realized what a great band there were.
