My friend Gene and I went to see Nancy Wilson at Jazz Alley last night. She was lovely—a real class act—and she gave us a wonderful evening. She performed "Don't Go to Strangers" early in her set, but my favorite number of the night was "Guess Who I Saw Today," her debut single on Capitol Records back in 1960.
